Welcome to Mwtradex. By accessing or using our platform, website, and business directory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Scope of Service & Role of Mwtradex

Mwtradex operates strictly as a digital business directory, advertising, and peer-to-peer discovery platform connecting buyers, suppliers, and listed businesses in Malawi.

Platform Limitation: Mwtradex is not a party to any contract, trade agreement, purchase order, or transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not currently process payments, inspect listed physical goods, guarantee product quality, or handle escrow/delivery services. If Mwtradex introduces payment processing in the future, updated terms covering that feature will be published and will apply from the date they take effect.

2. Eligibility, User Accounts & Listing Rules

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use Mwtradex. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

To list a business, product, or trade inquiry on Mwtradex, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and verifiable contact and business details.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Only post legitimate trade listings, commodities, or services that you have the right to sell.
Refrain from posting fraudulent, deceptive, counterfeit, or illegal items under the laws of Malawi.

3. Content Ownership & Moderation

You retain ownership of the content (text, images, branding) you publish on Mwtradex. By posting, you grant Mwtradex a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and promote your business profile across our platform.

We reserve the right, but hold no obligation, to review, edit, suspend, or permanently remove any listing or user account that violates these terms or appears to engage in deceptive commercial practices without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mwtradex makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of business listings or goods posted by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mwtradex, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of funds, breach of contract, or damage resulting from off-platform dealings between buyers and sellers.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malawian courts.

6. Changes to Terms & Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
